fecund

i am the oubaitori seed
undaunted by time,
with your promises
Earth fecund and heavy
we two, the architects
of tomorrow’s blooms

lichen

in the forest of arrows
don lichen green
make each breath,
a meditation

as even the softest sigh
will release the heart’s
gentle truth

delerium

∴ delirium fever
in absence
worlds unraveling

desire

cold sweats and trembling lips
without your touch

i am a wild thirst untamed
by water’s simple relief
or the hum of nights alone

in this tide of you
i drown

floating on the jagged peaks of wanting
and you, pulse
coursing through my veins
a storm to fill this empty sky

and i am lost
in the maelstrom of your everything ∴

brindled element

∴ pour me another
happenstance
drawn from oaken barrel
to steady the scales
to balance the sweet
with complexity, with depth

through nitrogen-induced
liquid cascades
every atom adrift—
between enspelled spaces
a contact improvisational
adventure unyielding

am i the wayward electron
or stray proton,
seeking chaos (carbonation)
elements in fragments
each meeting
a (re)connection

imbibe
this shaman’s draft
a whimsical
flight of brindled
temporal brews ∴
