∴ frown in the clouds
thought it meant rain was near
it’s just upside down ∴

∴ blade parts the apple
hidden seeds begin to grow—
sweetness turns to light ∴

∴ moonlight, soaked in sweat—
aching seeps within the bones
mojo darts through gloom ∴¹
