calculating mice with schemes
cheese as the ransom ∴

∴ pervasive—
chasing starlit horizons
hope hums through the dark ∴

∴ swamp swallows barefeet
each step a shifting rune—
rise, through mists, onward ∴

∴ crumbing ash
spirits of our ancestors
embers ∴

∴ bonus in the rain—
pitter-pat thoughts drum lightly
cup cooling, untouched ∴

∴ portal—
eld monoliths groaneth
beckon thee forth ∴
