crisp words flutter through rustling leaves,
the giants of the wood gracefully bow,
listening to the language of red and gold

in obscurity, my memories spin like forgotten constellations,
a haunting trace of lost time, elusive reflections of what once was,
fading phantoms in this silent abyss

in the northern rainforests, the spirit bear roams,
its cream fur sets it apart, a widely known legend

in native mythos, revered as a symbol of peace,
scientifically, it’s the Kermode bear, a rare beast
∴

among ancient stones, wisdom resides,
majestic peaks, like sentinels of time,
their weathered faces hold the answers
of a thousand suns and endless climbs
